Chicken Taliwang




Taliwang chicken chili is a dish typical of West Nusa Tenggara Indonesia.
here's how to cook roast chicken Taliwang.




Ingredients:
1 chicken
1
lime (squeeze take the water)
1 teaspoon
salt
400 ml
canned coconut milk dr
1 / 2
shell brown sugar (comb)
2 tablespoons
oil for sauteing

Seasoning
mashed

large peppers
1 onion

6 cloves
white bwang
5 grains
hazelnut
1 tablespoon
shrimp paste
salt
to taste

Instructions:
Marinate chicken dg lime juice and salt. Bakr until half cooked (about 25 minutes dioven enter dg hot 180 degrees)
- Heat oil and saute until fragrant spices mashed. Enter the coconut milk, sugar and red gram. Cook until boiling.
- Add the chicken. Dg Cook over low heat until absorbed.
- Grill chicken smeared smbil remaining seasoning until fragrant (about 30 minutes). Last 10 minutes raise the oven temperature to 195 degrees.
